Friday Finishes

When I ran competitively, I always tried to run my best at the finish. What a great feeling it was to be able to sprint through the last 400 meters of a marathon--26 miles and I still had a kick at the finish.

Fridays in school could be like that. Teachers often enter grades over the week-end. What will they remember? They will remember how their students finished on Friday. Did the student sprint for the finish? Or did he goof off?

Bell Work: Ultimate Electronics is closing its doors this month. Do 10 minutes of research and state why you think they have not succeeded.

Today, we will continue to do research on the company you have chosen, and students who have finished will be presenting their work.
