Bell Work: Why do you think evaluation is a part of developing good employees

Today, we are discussing human resources. This is one of the "four factors of production." (Remember those?) The other three were: natural resources, capital resources, and entrepreneurial resources.  

There is, yet again, another hand-out. 15.2. This is a bit more involved than the 15.1, and is worth 100 points.
